HELLO! I'M DEATRA

I am a certified personal trainer, group instructor, and nutritional specialist. I have competed in mixed martial arts, boxing, motocross, and school athletics. I also enjoy the fun obstacle races to challenge my body and push myself to my limits. I have been working with all ages and fitness levels for nearly 9 years. Within this time, I  have gained the knowledge to  help many people reach their goals no matter what life throws at them, or if they have many restrictions. I love working with people individually or in groups. I also have grown a love for online training. With my many options, I am able to help even more people.

 

What separates me from every other online program is that I AM here for you. I do reach out and respond. I do my best to make sure you know that you are a priority

 

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with understanding that no matter what it is in life, everything we work for takes time and sacrifice. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, your long term goals, and do this while balancing yourself in life. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling full of energy and seeing results while enjoying your everyday life.
